Maestro
Maestro Pasta was founded by Alessandro Morani, who moved to the United States from Parma Italy, a Unesco Heritage site for gastronomy. Since 2019 Alessandro and his team started to show New Yorkers the art of pasta-making.

What a wonder little find in the village. Amazing decor, friendly staff, incredible food and wine! A must visit. Not to mention how they cleverly serve the pasta in cooking pans and have swings for seats
