Maestro Pasta was founded by Alessandro Morani, who moved to the United States from Parma Italy, a Unesco Heritage site for gastronomy. Since 2019 Alessandro and his team started to show New Yorkers the art of pasta-making.
The recipes we use today have been handed down through generations, each one refined and perfected to create the mouthwatering dishes that grace our menu.
